Chef Rico along with his two young daughter’s Meaghan and Mariyah began preparing meals for locals during and after the pandemic. Establishing a great reputation with their community, they offered outstanding fast food options with a prompt and responsible delivery service. After time in a ghost kitchen Rico then decided to begin and graduate culinary school before he opened their first food truck. Rico is family oriented and dedicates his passion for fast food to his father Winchester “Bruno” Brown who passed away in late 2018. His father was an outstanding police officer for over 20+ years and a pillar of his community in May Pen, Jamaica. During his time of culinary school Rico decided to bring along multiple dedicated chefs to help produce some of his mouthwatering recipes. Rico has a humble love for good vibes, good food and thanks everyone in advance that decides to show support.
